2011: So many good gaming buys, so little cash

Hey guys, time for today's post. I'm not going to do a review or a "life" post, but more of a gaming opinion in general. Before i start, i just want to say thanks to everyone who reads and follows my blog. Without you guys, this blog would've died a long time ago. Lets keep going at it so it can be a huge success! :D

Ok, now for the topic at hand. As you know, this year (let alone: this quarter) has a massive lineup of must-buy games and gaming items. The 3DS, NGP, Killzone 3, Dragon Age 2, Dead Space 2, Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, and let's not forget the infamous Duke Nukem Forever (about damn time >.<) just to name a few. Not that I mind the awesome list of games coming out at all, there's just one ting that bothers me. It's the fact all of these games are coming out more or less the same time of year.

Now, some of you might think "Hey, that's no biggy". I must correct you my friend, that is indeed a "biggy". Some of us don't exactly have the money to buy it all at the time of it's release. For instance, KZ3 is coming out in a week, in 2 weeks Dragon Age 2 is coming out, and later in the month the 3DS all it's release games.

I'm not too sure if anyone else has noticed this, but as a senior in high school, I can't exactly afford all the generous amounts of digital art being sold in the days of their release. As a gamer, i want to buy these games as soon as they get released on the release date, but alas. The amount of money i make now won't be able to sustain me. I now have to choose between what i want to buy and actually save for some of the awesomeness I shall later buy. This has happened to me before, but not on a huge scale as this. I already have Duke Nukem Forever, DA2 and Skyrim pre-ordered, and i think i might miss out on KZ3 for a while :( Hopefully I'll be able to find someway to obtain it.

I know some of the gamers around the globe are having the same problem as i, But i hope my fellow LaGers do not have this problem at all, and can game in peace with all the great games being released on the release day. All I can do now is just fantasize and perhaps watch youtube video's about the game :(
