Hello there fellow LaGers. I apologize for not posting anything over the past few days. I was preparing for the NBT's I posted about earlier and I was busy with getting ready for school again. But I'm back for now and I must say, the NBT's were really difficult. That's all I'm going to say about that.
I'm not going to do a fullish post again because I feel a bit down. I got some of my school marks back and I'm really disappointed with myself. I thought I would do better, but oh well, I gotta work harder I guess. but I won't bother you guys with that too much.
I hope that you guys stayed safe the while I was gone and hope you have fun with the rest of your summer holidays.

Study study
I apologize for the late post today. I've been busy studying for the NBT's(my country's equivalent of the SAT's for university). I'm writing these tests on the coming Saturday and I've been busy as hell. I still need to learn differential calculus, which sounds really really intimidating.
I haven't been playing a lot of FF4, but I have been messing around in FFXIII, and I just remembered how much I enjoyed it, so I might do a review about that in the next few days and do a few posts about the upcoming FFXIII-2.
Anyways, LaG on brothers and sisters!

Coding
So i started learning C again, and I must say, I'm getting the flow of it again. I like the new book I'm learning out of(C for Dummies). The reasons I'm liking it is because the book keeps the learning interesting. It keeps the whole learning to a nice, informal tone which doesn't add too much pressure while you're learning. It does a really good job at keeping you interested through various ways, like cracking a joke here and there and being written like a good friend is teaching you.
I wish that most school teachers would teach like this, keeping the work interesting and informal. I thing being taught informally with a friendly tone helps you to remember better.
Anyways, that's about it for coding. I do have other things on my mind. I'm thinking of getting back into the MMORPG world, but I don't know what's worth getting or playing. I won't play WoW because I've been there, and kinda got over it. I had my eye on FF14, but I'm still waiting for them to fix it up properly before I buy it. I'm watching some LP's of it, and it looks a LOT better than it used to be, but I'll still wait.
What MMORPG's do you guys recommend?
Keep on LaGing!

Ain't no nation like Procrastination
Yeah... I am slightly disappointed with myself. Not because I didn't do well in something like school, or do something to disappoint others. I just didn't keep to the one thing that I really wanted to do this holiday. I told myself over and over that I would do it, but to no avail.
So yeah, I didn't really get into the whole 'Hey! Let's learn C!' vibe. I really wanted to learn (or at least start learning) a programming language this holiday, but I've just been slacking and putting it off the whole time. But Today I will start getting serious about it. I'll either start learning it after today's posting or after lunch. It'll probably be after lunch.
Anyways, enough sulking, I just got to DO it now. Expect a review on Final Fantasy IV sometime in the near future (when I finish it).
LaG on! Wish me luck with programming!

Duke 3D remake
This is correct my fellow bloggers. Duke 3D, one of the greatest FPS's, is getting an HD remake for the current generation of consoles and PC. This remake will bring the awesomeness and ass-kicking-ness of Duke 3D to the current generation of gamers.
I think an HD remake of the game will be better received than Duke Forever.
Here's some concept art for the remake.
Look forward to it LaGers!

Finally Finished trophy-whoring Alice Madness Returns
That is correct my fellow bloggers! I finished trophy-whoring Alice yesterday! That's right, I finally have the Platinum Trophy to show my hard work put into that game. I might also need to add that this was my first Platinum Trophy ever :P
I put in a lot of hard work into getting that trophy, but it wasn't really that difficult at all. The only trophy to get that was a pain in the ass was the trophy for gathering all the memories. It was really irritating to get because the developers really hid those memories away well -.-" But oh well, no use complaining, I FINALLY GOT IT!
The next item on the list is Duke Forever, but that one will have to wait for a while. I gotta take a break :(
